All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA requests are processed within 1-3 business days. 
Please contact us by email for an RMA number prior to returning any product.

Thirty-Day Return Policy
You may return all items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. In the event that an item arrives damaged or DOA due to inadequate shipping procedure, we will accept the return and we will refund the full amount of the transaction, including shipping charges. In the very unlikely event that you receive a wrong item, or the description of the ordered item does not match that of the received item, we will accept the return. We will also pay for the return shipping, if we made a shipping error.
 
Return claims based on damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect service procedure or accidental damage will not be considered for return. 
 
All returns are subject to audit of serial number(s) and verification of any damages resulting from improper installation. We recommend that you keep all the packing material for a minimum of 30 days in case a return is necessary.
 
Return of all non-defective items are subject to 20% restocking fee. TheOtherGuys reserves the right to charge 20% restocking fee for all refused orders. Shipping charges are not refundable. 
 
The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. Defective items can be exchanged for the same item only. TheOtherGuys does not refund return shipping charges for defective exchanges. 

 
Compatibility Issues 
Prior to placing your order, please confirm compatibility with the manufacturer. Please note that TheOtherGuys is not responsible for any incompatibility issues. TheOtherGuys is not responsible for any repair or service cost, if the purchaser elects to service the item without receiving a written authorization from TheOtherGuys. In fact such services would void all warranties.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Opened Memory, Digital Media, Software, Games and Printer Consumables (toner, ink cartridges) are not returnable. These items can only be returned if they are factory sealed and are returned within 30 days from date of purchase by requesting an RMA.
